Can you find out Minecraft Alt accounts password and email?

There are Minecraft Alt accounts e.g. From Mcleaks, is there a way to find out password + email so that you can e.g. Can sign in to Minecraft.net?

At mcleaks this is unfortunately not possible because you only have one token and mc leaks will sign up for you.

There are ways to take over normal accounts, but they are illegal

Can't you look it up in the codes of mcleaks authoriesier?
