Can it be that you are not signed in with your Microsoft account?
Hey download the Minecraft launcher and log in before go to mojang in the browser and activate your acc again
Hopefully you realize that the version in the Microsoft Store is different from the java edition of mojang. Either you buy them in the store or you buy the key for the Java Edition
Do you have the Microsoft / Windows 10 version? I have the Java version and I'm always asked to register with the Mojang account, so maybe you only registered the game on your Mojang account?
Wasn't clear to me. I remembered that the Microsoft edition replaced the Java.
