How can you place stairs with a command?

Hi. I just have a problem. And I do not know how to show stairs in minecraft with the / fill command in the right direction because they always twist. Now I wrote that in a command block:

/ fill ~ ~ ~ ~ + 10 ~ ~ oak_stairs

And would now have to turn it quasi. I play the Bedrock Edition or Win 10
