I'm desperate
So I want to play Minecraft on my cell phone and went into a desert (I already had an iron sword, a really good base of iron armor but only a helmet and chest plate) then I found two large iron deposits and one coal deposit. I farmed a bit and when night came I was killed by a creeper, a skeleton and a cave spider. Now that I'm respawnt I went up a tree and nowhere was the desert and my items to be seen. At the moment I only have a stone sword and food. Can I somehow have my items back?
That is the disadvantage when you go out without a bed.
Only by sleeping will the spawnpoint be reset, next to the bed. So if you last slept on the tree (or never), it's logical that you spawn there after a death. And since you can no longer see the desert, it will be pretty far away. If you SHOULD go there again, the items will be gone forever.
But that's how Minecraft is…
You would only have 10 minutes to get the items back but there's a command that you can use to teleport to the place where you last died
I don't know the command by heart
Would also be cheating
In the beginning it's not that bad as long as you haven't had incredibly important things
Such as B. A dragon egg
If you have cheats on:
/ gamemode creative and treat yourself.
so that afterwards you keep your items when you die:
/ gamerule keepInventory true
Was there a village or a temple nearby? You can
/ locate village
or
/ locate desertTemple
I have a bed in my base.
I made my respawn point there
But it will probably not be in the immediate vicinity of the desert.
