Minecraft blurred without shaders?

I have a problem on my new pc I have installed minecraft but when I move into Minecraft everything blurs, e.g. With signs when I walk towards it, the font blurs. Does anyone know what I can do?

If Minecraft 1.8.9 or lower, possibly: Super Secret Settings

It could be that you accidentally came up with the "Secret settings". I don't know exactly what their name is, but there's a point in the menu that says something like that. You may have to press this "button" until everything looks normal again.
