That's the "art" of Lets Plays. Implement some ideas or think about what to do for yourself. You can also just take ideas and get them across well. But you do need experience.

Unfortunately, the market is overcrowded. Either you join the hype (there's more competition but more viewers) or something that is not played that often. But there are also fewer spectators.
