Mouth before anyone says that would not work: very well. Hypixel Skyblock is a pure Vanilla server and everything you crafted is indestructible.
You could query for each tool permanently in a clock, if the player has a tool without unbreakable in his inventory. If this is the case, the corresponding item should be replaced by the same with unbreakable. I do not have the concrete commands right now. Ps: hypixel is certainly not a vanilia server. They use plugins to make such changes.
