Transfer Minecraft worlds from PC to mobile phone?

I play Minecraft Bedrock on PC and recently also on my phone with the same account. But how do I get the worlds from the PC to the cell phone? I would like that when I work on a world on my mobile phone, that it is then updated on the PC and vice versa.
