Transfer Minecraft from mobile to PC?

Some time ago I downloaded Minecraft for a fee on my mobile phone. Now I would like to play the Java Edition on the PC. Do I have to pay again now or can I somehow simply transfer the game from the mobile phone to the PC and continue playing the version I bought, because I have already paid?
