I'm building a Minecraft server (again) on version 1.16.4. The following problem has arisen:
Sand and gravel or general blocks that are subject to gravity are not covered if you put them in the air. Either they stay where you placed them (without a block underneath), or they just bend away and the block on which you placed it becomes darker or shaded. In the WorldGuard plugin, the physics settings for sand and gravel are normal, i.e. False, so the blocks should fall accordingly. I also set it to true once and then set it back to false, but it didn't work. Anyone have an idea what it could be?
Here is a list of the existing plugins:
- essentials
- LWC
- Multiverse-Core / -Inventories / - NetherPortals / -Portals
- PermissionsEX
- Holographic displays
- Vault
- Votifier
- Voting plugin
- WorldEdit
- WorldGuard
Thank you in advance if someone can offer me a solution! You can also attach a video if necessary
Which platform is the server running on and how many players are playing on it + how much RAM does the server have free
or does it run on your pc?
The server is currently hosted by Gamed.de, RAM is 2GB, but they are hardly scratched because the server is under construction and there are only two of us building and doing it
Do you have a shader? If so, that's it!
It can still be because 2GB is not much for us that is enough and you still have mods that also need power, so I guess that this is the problem, otherwise ask the host or game
Yes, I actually have a shader, but not consistently. But it's not the shader, because the problem is server-wide for all players and not just me.
