Craftflowers plugin minecraft problem?

Moin I have a little problem that's like this:
If I want to build flowers on top of each other in minecraft, I usually do it with the plugin Craftflowers or with Worldedit so Fawe. So far so good so if I then restart my server and then start up again, the flowers will break automatically I don't know wiseo can you help me with my problem?

Because plants that are in an illegal position (e.g. On another plant) break down as soon as they are updated (by block updates or random ticks).

In the question it sounds as if they would all break down at the same time. Is that so, or do they only break down over time?
If you accidentally break one after the other, then the above solution fits.
