Minecraft plugin? - 5

I'm looking for a plugin with which I can create cities / plots in a survival world. I want to make a server for myself and my friends where this plugin should be on
If you don't know what I mean: (You can also name the YouTuber's name or name the plugins (also from the other plugins that are available xD))

For properties, I recommend PlotSquared. This is the best plugin for plots in my opinion. There are enough tutorials for this on YouTube.

For / tpa or / v for Vanish, I can recommend EssentialsX. You really have an all-rounder with you.

Isn't PlotSquared just for CityBuild Server?

With PlotSquared it is only possible for you to create a real estate world. With a few turns, you can also create demarcated plots in a survival world. → / p setup
