Minecraft show player number in regions?

I have a question. And how can man manage to show with worldguard in a maked region with the help of a hologram how many players in this region are inside?

For example, on the hologram is 0 SPieler, but then someone goes into the region where you have maked and if he is in this maked region inside that is displayed on the hologram 1 player and when you go out of the region again 0 player is displayed? Can someone help me there and say if that even works?
