I want to buy a gaming PC. Now it is so that I'm not at all familiar with the matter. I have no idea about graphics cards and Co.
Where can you get good advice and what do you think is a realistic asking price? Assembling yourself seems to be the best option so far. But which components should I put my financial preference on?
To get to my purpose:
I want to play all kinds of games, from Openworld classics like GTA to the most common shooters. If you could play something like The Last of US 2 in nice graphics, that would be nice too. A small but important dream: Minecraft Life in the Woods: Hit with texture pack, shaders and lots of mods xD. I think a lot of FPS are self-explanatory.
Furthermore I have another purpose:
Digital works and renderings:
I use a lot of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, everything from video editing to recording to "digital art". But I also want to create 3D models with Solid Works, for example. An equally good and fast rendering would also be optimal!
Now, of course, there are many applications, but I'm ready to dig into my pocket. It is therefore clear to me that it won't be cheap!
I thank you in advance for your answer. LG
Depending on which resolution you are under "beautiful graphics". You should not get advice from anyone who makes a profit (seller, etc.). You should also get several opinions. You can always ask for configurations on internet forums like these. Opinions will not differ widely if you have clear ideas. In terms of price, I can only tell you something when the resolution and the fps are known, because what you mean by "many fps" I can't know. The most important thing for you is the processor, the RAM and the graphics card (graphics card does not matter for minecraft and digital work).
Just this morning i put together a gaming pc that is very good in price and performance. With the graphics card, it can be expanded further, otherwise it has everything.
total price about 600 euro

can be expanded as I said.
What's your budget
Tell me the price and I can configure one for you.
(So for 1200 euro I could configure you a very good gaming PC but if you want to spend more money I can configure you a better one.
And is the optics of the PC important to you or not, so would you prefer more RGB (LED) or more power?
She wants to cut videos, the Ryzen 5 3600 is not the best decision and 256gb ssd is far too little she would need min. 2tb hdd and 500gb ssd
My brother had a PC built so that he could work with strong programs and play games at the highest settings.
He paid 900 euro! The PC is so powerful that I will never buy a computer in life from Saturn or anywhere else! Everything (rip off)
Without a fixed price, it is difficult to configure a PC. Can also be a price range. Since you can get a relatively good PC from 1200 euro (which is not bad) or you dig a little deeper into your pocket and e.g. Spends 2-3 thousand and has a monster for it. It would also be important to know how much you value optics and whether you trust yourself to assemble it. The optics are also not cheap and when assembled you can get it on average for 100 euro more.
If I know the price I could send you a configuration and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

Edit: Last of Us 2, Ps4 / 5 is exclusive as much white.
And why are you telling me this? Is not for me
Hasn't The Last of Us been released for PC yet?
No, it came out remastered only for the PS4. Since it was originally a ps3 game. There was also another subscription where you can play PS titles on PC. Since your PC can be as good as it wants, it still looks like on the console. But it never came straight to the pc.
60FPS minimum. I also have friends who have something with 200 FPS. Does this large number bring anything at all? I was told until 60 the human eye perceives differences
So my budget would be 1500 euro
Alright then I'll take a look around.
This PC would be an option. The PC was put together by a German "Tech" Youtuber who values value for money, the PC is currently kept and is already assembled. However, the look is secondary.

Would recommend ordering an HDD from Amazon with 1-2 TB when you use it so that you have enough space for your media projects.
You should attach importance to optics. I'm looking for something else.
Conclusion from the PC you can definitely play current games at the highest settings in 4K @ 50. So I think the performance is enough.
Because maybe she's buying such a bad pc now because of you!
There's always more than one opinion, so you don't have to be wrong. And you definitely won't get better if you make others bad. Maybe you will find a better approach to draw attention to yourself. With good performance and persuasiveness, for example.
I don't want to offend or insult her if it did, I'm sorry, I just wanted to say that she needs more storage. Have a good time.
Well everyone thinks it was different. But you also have to buy a monitor that can display these high fps numbers. One for 200fps gets pretty expensive
