Minecraft hacker attack - hackclient command -vclip?

Today with a somewhat unusual question but with an important background. A hacker attack was recently carried out by a certain "devcore" on a network I know. Parts of the plot world were destroyed. The hacker has logged in several times with different player names. Since the server has a chat link to Discord, you could see that it tried to execute a "-vclip" command, but it was issued as a normal message due to a write error.

Can anyone provide information about the hacker or tell the command what it does, where it comes from, and how to prevent it. I or we would be very connected to you

That makes you up / down tpt will max 10 blocks up / down.

e.g. Vclip 7 → 7 blocks high

.vclip -3 → 3 blocks down

Depending on the anticheat, you can do it by blocks or only in the air
