Which plugins for a minigame server?

I recently created a Minecraft server on version Spigot 1.8.8 and now I wanted to set up the many minigames and city build on the server. I also need a party plugin. I also like to use Vault so that every player gets coins on a win in a game or on a kill or something. With these coins he can buy ranks (I need a rank shop - plugin) and with these you get gadgets (I also need a gadget plugin), that means with every higher rank you get more gadgets. Or you can spend the coins on blocks in Citybuild (that is, first exchange them for emeralds). The Citybuild Server is on a different server (with Bungeecord), but it is important that the Citybuild Server is version 1.16 (so I would need a Citybuild (Plot) plugin and a Farmwelt plugin in version 1.16). Of course, the Ciytbuild server is played in survival mode. The compatibility of free plugins is usually very limited! I think it's more of a wish here.
