Why don't slimes spawn in my world?

I have a Minecraft world on which I play with version 20w11a. First I built a slim farm using a slime chunk finder. This does not work because no slimes spawn. I figured the chunk finder might not work for the 20w11a, so I was looking for a swamp. No slimes spawn there either.

Know how I can fix that?
