Minecraft Spigot 1.16.4 is strange. What to do?

We have installed Spigot 1.16.4 on our server on Nitrado, with a CraftAttack plugin https://www.spigotmc.org/...in.85766/). I wanted to build a wheat farm with a villiger. I put a slab over the composter, but the Villiger can still compost the seedlings. I suspect it's because of Spigot or the plugin, because the farm works on my single player world. What can I do? I want to leave the plugin on the server.
