I have mods installed by the modinstaller then I install the & press on "Minecraft start" then that starts & I select the version "Modinstaller" and start Minecraft so all well & good I create a new world & then it loads & crashes So a crash can someone help me? (Have already tried several launcher)
Did you start the "original" version before you installed the mods?

You press Windows key + R
After that comes a small window. In this window you enter "% appdata% /. Minecraft".
Now you go to the folder crash-reports.
Once there, you scroll down to the bottom. This file is now opened with a text editor.
In the program you now press Ctrl + A to highlight everything and then Ctrl + C to copy everything.
Now you go to a page like paste.ofcode.org or pastebin. There you insert now the report with Ctrl + V. Then press paste and send us the link to the text.
Now we can help you a lot better and your problem will be solved.
