Do you want to transfer the worlds then you just have to do a short Google search. There it will be explained to you step by step whether and how it works
No Bedrock
Your own account does not mean that worlds or texture packs are transferred, at least the "not purchased" ones. You should actually be able to download what you have bought in the shop. You either have to move the worlds manually as files from PC to mobile phone or set up a realm server on your PC and download the world to your mobile phone.
Important to know, there's a Java and a bedrock version.
