Minecraft Realm player not controllable?

I'm the host of a Minecraft Realm in the Bedrock Edition. I was recently kicked off the server while underwater. The next time I went to the realm, I had no control over my character. I can't move or open the inventory, only the hotbar is shown. Other players can beat me and see my name but not myself. When they mine blocks below with, I move, but nothing else happens. Even a re-upload of the world to the realm did not help.

Besides, I don't suffocate there under the water.

Do you have a solution?

Reinstall Minecraft or ask support.
