Which mod for Minecraft Terraforming?

For a few days now, I've been planning to finally build bigger things in Minecraft and not necessarily by hand.

I've already got World Edit, but unfortunately that's not perfect.

For example I started making a kite but the smooth tool only works for the back. Since the smooth command pulls the blocks down to the floor and I can't do the stomach or maybe I'm missing a function.

I play on 1.16.3 can someone recommend something to me, even if I have to change the version?

I would recommend you to play WorldEdit in a compatible version, as far as I know there's no WE for the 1.16
