Minecraft Bukkit world transferred to new server?

I have a little question about Minecraft Bukkit. I would like to transfer a bukkit world to a vanilla server. I know how the transfer works, but I don't know which folder to transfer… Bukkit has several world folders (world_nether; world_end; world). Which of these do I have to transfer now?
