Is it possible to make an art command in minecraft that you throw 3 certain items into a funnel and then a certain command is triggered like zbs. A give command or something.

I think that is not possible. (I'm not sure, however.) But, for example. Giving items should go with Redstone, so I recommend the videos from TheJoCraft. There the command is not executed but an item is given to the player via a dropper.
