And can I safely stream fortnite and minecraft with this pc?

According to the product page, Wi-Fi is integrated and you can easily play and stream the games mentioned with it. Still, it wasn't a good buy. Because, as always with Amazon PCs, savings were made in important areas such as the mainboard or power supply. This is another reason why upgrades can be difficult. In addition, there's more in it for this price.
