Minecraft skeleton with pumpkin head?

Hello just found a skeleton with a pumpkin head and wanted to ask if this is rare and if so how rare

This is an "Easter egg" for Halloween. They only appear sporadically on October 31st.

I've never seen one like this before. I've been playing Minecraft for 8 years. Seems to be rare.

It is rare or rather not so it appears often or only rarely on Halloween

in my world there is a skeleton with the pumkin head on it

i found one too but if its only halloween is it rare

found 3 of them, I dont think they are very rare to find
