Nope. I was able to change my name recently, (3rd time) but I guess it doesn't work anymore…

First of all, as a well-intentioned tip, the Handy Edition itself no longer exists, it is counted as a Bedrock. And can't you actually change your name for free? I have no real experience there, because I play Bedrock on the switch and the name depends on the Nintendi account
With the mobile phone version I meant the Bedrock but I wasn't sure if this is the right version and on mobile phone and computer it depends on Xbox Live you can change names once for free
