Is my ram broken?

Have a 16GB Ram and permanently over 90% utilization although I have almost nothing big open except at most Minecraft.

Do I have to get a new ram or what is the problem?

Have you ever scrolled through whether there's any program in the background using up the RAM?

Are the 16 GB displayed under "Performance" / "RAM". It looks like the values in your screenshot refer to a smaller memory.

There's none that consumes a lot, as I said, there's at most Minecraft that was it.
