Apparently a couple of mods don't work! Delete the following mods from your mods folder: DynamicSurroundings-1.12.2-3.6.1.0.jar, mw_2.0-0.4.5.2_mc1.12.2.jar, obfuscate-0.4.2-1.12.2.jar
To uninstall a mod:
Press Windows + R
Enter% appdata% in the field and then click OK
Go to the .minecraft folder and then to the mods folder
Delete the specified mods
Try again

2. Have you activated or activated all the libraries that the plugins need? (e.g. DynamicSurroundings requires OreLib)
Try to uninstall the Mod FoamFix.
