Minecraft multiple scores? 1.14?

I wanted to "go" to this platform to ask this question. How can I get all entities with the score of test1 = 1 and test 2 = 1

So somehow:

@e [score {test1 = 1}, {1} = test2]

How can I do that?

I think there are certainly yt tutorials too, like to play with tags and scores, and so on. Rum but I have not come to that yet. But would have to go with the / testfor command irgentwie.
