Why is my GPU so bad?

I have an Asus strix Vega 56, a Ryzen 5 2600x and 2x 8GB TridentZ Ram all on an Asus strix B450 F.

With Minecraft I only have 35-45 FPS at the highest graphics settings, which is clearly too little. Can you help me?

There's a software problem. I think it's not because of overheating.

When was the last time you updated your drivers?
Did you activate any FPS limitation?
Is your CPU still doing something in the background?

Minecraft is probably one of the worst optimized games ever!
See if you've assigned enough ram to the game.

FPS limitation makes no sense since the FPS would otherwise remain at a constant 60 fps.
