My Gpu clock remains at 300 mhz even when I play games and the gpu is not fully utilized, which means that I can no longer play some games but my PC turns off.
I have also tried to reinstall my driver or DDU uninstaller is using everything without success
My GPU is still spinning and stays at 50 degrees in games like minecraft.
I set the energy options at high power all the time.
I do not know if it is because of the Msi afterburner or something else I have installed the afterburner several times over at the Valley Benchmark, the GPU clock goes up again by about 700 MHz
Please I need help hanging for 2 days and all without success
GPU: XFX rx590
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600
Mainboard: x470 gaming plus max msi

I think there's a big problem here.
The GPU should never "spin".
