In Overwatch, Black Ops 4 and Minecraft permanent still images, how can I fix that (please only knowledgeable)?

I have in the three games mentioned above permanently pictures, no matter how high the settings, no matter what resolution, in what moments or whether what is running in the background. I've tried everything now and finished my vocabulary. So please do not name any standard things like reinstalling, other graphics settings, etc. I have an i7-7700k running at 4.4-4.8Ghz (already tried it out, if that could be it), an MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X. And 16GiB DDR4-2400Mhz in Dual Channel, the whole sits on a MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon. Cooling is also true, as no component above 75 ° C comes (even that only at high load). I have a 4K 60Hz monitor, which I have put on WQHD for testing purposes and (currently) on FHD. Overwatch and Minecraft are installed on a Samsung 850evo and Black Ops 4 on a 5400 RPM WD Blue 2TB. In the background is the software from Logitech, Razer, GData, Wallpaper Engine, Discord and MSI X Boost. I have already checked my components with various (MSI) programs and found nothing, even Ashampoo Win Optimizer 15 and GData show me nothing. I have already run stress tests that have not revealed anything unusual. Likewise, I sometimes even have mouse and keyboard setter in case of worse lag "seizures". If it's really bad even outside of the games, right now (while I'm writing this text here) I also have a short "lag" every 30 seconds. The PC is now a little older than a year and built by itself. So what else could I do now? In the long run these statues and trailers are discreet on the mind.

Ever thank you and best regards

So if you've already tried everything including reinstalling Windows 10 then I would create a Linux stick and run your system with it. If you do not have these hangers, it's probably because of your OS. Everything goes on unstable so it's up to the hardware. So you have a safe confinement to your problem.

And leave off the dirt of Optimize. Dirty more than it helps

If a hardware is broken then it is often small things that make your life hell. Z.b defective mouse, HDD etc.

Windows I have not reinstalled, that saves me as a final measure, since that takes a while and then I would have to make a lot of subsequent installations.
