GPU MHz too low in Minecraft (Java)?

Minecraft is not doing very well for me. Through the MSI Afterburner I found out that the GPU (RX 580) constantly changes the clock rate (between 300-1000mhz)

. Actually 1360 MHz are set. It's also funny that all the other games run great without any problems. Here is a picture of the MSI Afterburner

Can't imagine one of the rx580 minecraft not running, what kind of maps are you on? Do you play online on servers do you have your own map? How does it work with other games?

Graphics memory checked? R.A.M?

GPU tries to overclock with afterbourner or to bring it to a constant MHz or something?

Or reinstall the driver

I don't know my way around but that could help

Hi, found out that the GPU on the server I always play is only doing nonsense in the lobby of the server. Everything is okay in the game with 1360 MHz.

Well why should the 580 clock up in a less graphics-enduring lobby?

Then when the performance is needed, the owner clocks it up

Yes, I'm surprised too. But now I've also tested it on the laptop - it's the same.
