Since 1.15.1 has only recently been released for the PC and the PS4 and can now also be played on a mobile phone, you will have to be patient a little longer. You can expect around 7.8 months since it was also the case at 1.15. The 1.14 was released in April 2019 and the 1.15 finally in December 2019, which in the end, as already mentioned, made up about 8 months.
I think the pc 1.16 will be released in a few weeks. So the pe soon
