I have had the problem for a long time that I can't log into my old e-mail address.
Unfortunately, my Origin, Steam and minecraft accounts are still linked to the address and the support services from them are not really helpful either.
I think my email was hacked because I tried every password I've ever used and none of them worked. I don't want to contact customer service because it costs money.
I just started another attempt to recapture and they said that the email does not exist when I reset my password. Then I tried to create a new account with the same address, but the email address was already taken there.
Does anyone know what's going on? And how could I possibly hack my address back because I will definitely not buy all Sims 4 games again.
I think either only the support or a hacker can help you. You are wrong here.
