Minecraft lagging?

I have a problem and Minecraft is lagging with me. I can even play gta on high settings with AVG 100 fps, but Minecraft runs at 5-6 fps on me. Solutions that I have tried

-All settings on low nothing brought

-Optifine brought nothing
