I have the problem that when I try to start Minecraft, the Mojang loading bar always stops.
I've already tried to give Minecraft more RAM, but that didn't help either.
If I delete the bin file, I can play for about 2 minutes and then it crashes.
Deleting Java and Minecraft and reinstalling them didn't help either.
Has anyone got the same problem or that solved?
Which Minecraft version is it? (Java, Windows 10 etc…)
How did you go about allocating more memory?
Are Mods / Forge installed? (Java version)
Does Minecraft run without mods? (Java version)
No unfortunately I only had this error in connection with RAM allocation…
But I would check if you can download the current Java (if you have the Minecraft Java Edition)
Maybe that will already help
It's Minecraft Java Version, Mods are not installed.
Do you start it normally or are you trying to start it via a client (e.g. Twitch)?
I start it normally using the Minecraft Launcher, and I also tried to repair the launcher. Then I came in after restarting the PC, but as soon as I close it and try to open it again, it hangs again.
As far as I know I have not installed any Java at all, when I open the task manager I see that there's no response from Java (TM) Platform SE binary
Then try the Twitch Launcher. I only start and play Minecraft over it. The nice thing is that you can easily create different instances. Say Minecraft normal (without mods), Minecraft with mods, different Minecraft versions etc… I can also help you with this.
https://www.twitch.tv/...downloads/
I have now downloaded the Twitch app, where can I start MInecraft there?
When you start the Twitch App, you have "three dashes" at the top left.
There you click on it and select "File" and then "Settings".
The "Minecraft" tab should then be in the settings.
As far as I remember correctly, you have to install the extension for Minecraft there. When you have that, you can contact me again.
So I can't install anything here, with LOL there's a window "League of Legends Live Tracker" installed, with Minecraft the field is not displayed at all
In the settings you should have the following options.
GENERAL | ADD-ONS | MINECRAFT | LEAGUE OF LEGENDS | PROFILE… Etc…
But I have but I can only make some settings here and nothing to install or anything else
Now you can click the "Mods" tab in the Twitch Launcher itself (at the top) and then you will find the "Minecraft" area.
There you click on it and then select (above) "Create user-defined profile".
Now you give the "instance" a name (e.g. Minecraft v1.12). Then you choose the "Version" you want to play (e.g. 1.12.2) and with "Modloader" you just don't change anything.
Then click "Create" and wait for the required files to download.
Then just click on "Play", log in with your Minecraft account and off you go.
If everything worked out, you can download OptiFine if necessary. This should make Minecraft run a little better. Should you need any help with this, please contact me again.
It worked so far, but unfortunately it doesn't load here either…
It can't be due to the Java version, as the Twitchlauncher "offers" this itself (v1.8.0.51). If Java does not give any feedback again, there may be insufficient memory. How much RAM do you have in total?
I would be surprised if it is due to the RAM, I have 16 GB
Then look again in the Twitch Launcher settings under Minecraft to see how much RAM is allocated there. If not already set, you should allocate 8192MB and delete "additional Java arguments"!
Then restart the PC and after restarting only open the Twitch Lanucher and then the Java instance that you have created.
Java instance = Minecraft instance --- Sorry.
Failed to find Minecraft resource version 1.16.3 is the error that comes now…
I don't know what you're doing wrong, but I just created a 1.16.3 instance and it starts up without any problems. If you click on the picture of your instance, which version of Forge do you see?
I can only offer you a teamviewer or something similar. To help, but we should better arrange that via PM.
I have now deleted the old one again and created a new one,
forge 14.22.1.2485
When I start that, it gets stuck on the Mojang window again.
For Minecraft v1.16.3 you would have to have Forge version 34.1.42.
The 14.22.1.2485 is not available for Minecraft version 1.16.3,
but only for 1.12.1.
As I said, you're doing something wrong.
Ok now I have the v1.16.3 and Forge 34.1.42, but it hangs on the trdm at the Mojang window…
Thanks for your help but I've had enough for today.
Yes, but it's not Java, or Minecraft with you, I can tell you that much.
Could it be due to my graphics card?
according to the task manager there's no response from the supplied Java.
Well it seems to have worked before. You can't do more than keep the drivers up-to-date and if the graphics card were actually defective, this would definitely make itself felt differently.
