Minecraft java gets stuck in the loading screen?

I just created a Minecraft world (1.14, superflat, redstone template)
the world started loading but was stuck at 87%

Then I looked at the task manager and what it looks like
has minecraft stopped doing anything (o man this grammar) …
somehow it still eats nicely on my (somewhat limited) RAM…

I then went out of minecraft, tried to create a new world - guess what happened - right it stopped EXACTLY at the same place to load…

anyway please help me…

Just restart your PC and just leave Minecraft open and see if it works
