Minecraft Commands Execute / Scoreboard?

I'm not making progress, I've been sitting here for 2 hours and hope someone here can help me.
I'm currently trying with the Execute Command (execute if score construction phase time = 0)
read out when the score of the dummy construction phase goes to 0 in order to then output a redstone signal and trigger further command blocks… He should not do anything himself but only output a redstone signal and I connected the command block to repeat and always active in the hope that someone can help me

Execute if score construction phase time = 0

Instead of "=" you have to write "matches"
