Can I issue in Minecraft at / scoreboard that the teams see each other's names if they have invisibility?

Is that possible? And maybe also exhibit invisibility particles

But teams have not been regulated for quite some time with / scoreboard. Which version do you play on?
You can't see the Nametags anymore if you are invisible. You do not need teams for this. Or do you mean that the players are so half transparent?

In the 1.8 many things work completely different than in newer versions. Since you can't do many things as elegant as in the 1.14 or so.
