I got OptiFine for Minecraft. As soon as I click on the file to execute it, Java opens for a moment and is gone again… (Win 10).

Can someone help me there?

What happens if you enter java -version in the terminal?

Go to your Minecraft launcher and look for the Optifine version. Most of the time with OptiFine this never takes long and closes again immediately, since the installation is complete
