Minecraft spell suction?

What does this magic bring me?

As far as I know, the suction magic can be used to float through the air in the rain (I think it is sometimes displayed as a tip on the loading screen).

You can put this enchantment on a trident. Then you can fly in the water or in the rain. But watch out for fall damage.
