Minecraft painting invisible?

Whenever I insert a painting I can click and tear it off

But don't see.

Does anyone know why that is?

Under "Known Problems" in Minecraft 2.22 you can find: Paintings appear invisible when placed

So it could just be up to Minecraft, even in your version.

XBox Win10 and PS4 has this bug. It will be fixed in the next update (1.16.23)
