Minecraft badlion client blurs when moving?

Whenever I move my mouse, the whole picture blurs, sometimes it went without blurring, but I don't know what I've changed.

Reinstalling didn't do anything, but BLC has enough ram too

i don't know what to do

If it's called motion blur, you have to switch it off in the setting
