How do I change the inventory to bigger and fix a bug in Minecraft?

I've just played some Minecraft and tried the settings… I'm on full screen: came off and on again. But then everything is displayed small despite the full screen, as if I were still on the movable screen! Now everything is completely small except for the graphics and such, e.g. Crosshairs, inventory, etc.

I ASK FOR Help!
