Minecraft Speedrun Timer in chat?

I have built a speed run and when you are finished with the speed run the time is simply stopped in the scoreboard. How do I do it that the time is then displayed with a text in the chat. Maybe so: Congratulations, your time is 8 minutes and 18 seconds!
