I would like to upgrade my Acer xc 885 with an Nvidia geforce gtx 1650 low profile. I have already read that I need a new power supply, but I have not yet found a suitable one. My goal is to play games like Minecraft, Fortnite, Gta 5 etc. With high settings and good fps with my PC. Is this possible with the graphics card mentioned above?

A good, powerful graphics card with little graphics memory would be of no use. It is already assumed that at some point GTA 6 will be out that you will need at least 4GB of graphics memory and 12GB of graphics memory are recommended and that is clear enough.
