Moin, my name is Jason and I have another question for the PC professionals here. I have the problem that I haven't been able to play a game properly for a long time. If I take Red dead Redemption 2 or GTA 5 as an example, I have lags all the time. I ride / drive past the same place 5 times and still I have lags all the time because the world is loading. As soon as I shoot the first shot in Red Dead, it's 5 seconds. Loading time announced. Unfortunately, I have this problem with all games, even Minecraft. I was told that I need an SSD as well as more memory. The graphics card should be pretty good so far. It's just annoying if you can't tab out of any game without the feeling of the PC exploding or it takes 10 minutes until it is switched on or has calmed down again after closing a game.
My problem with this is that I have absolutely no idea about PCs. So I don't know what fits on my motherboard, what is compatible or whether my power supply is sufficient in the end. My 3 questions at this point would be: Is my graphics card really still sufficient? Which parts do you recommend me? And should I turn to a professional or can I do it myself?
I would now simply list all the games that I generally like to play.

I know that the whole thing has its price, which is why I need a few recommendations first. It doesn't have to be a NASA computer now but should be brought to the same level that I can play games like Red Dead or ARK normally again and not 10 minutes. Loading times appear after closing a game (or at least I can tabulate normally)

I would recommend a completely new PC to you, you can keep the HDD, although there should still be an SSD. Tell me your budget and I'll show you a PC.
Well, I would really only take a completely new one as a last choice. Unfortunately, I don't know what PCS cost. My current one cost around 1000 euro at the time. I don't know how far you can get with it
In short: Well, I would advise you to get a new PC.
I see the main problem with you with the HDD, i.e. The hard drive. An HDD is relatively slow, especially if it is already full of garbage. An SSD makes this much faster. Comparison: Loading time HDD 10 sec then with SSD 1 sec
Even the only 8GB RAM limit quickly. Also because yours is no longer the fastest. Just like the CPU and the mainboard, which are getting on in years.
So to your questions:
1: Your GPU is not really enough anymore, but at the moment getting graphics cards at good prices is almost impossible

3: Building a PC is not really difficult. You can do it without a professional

Yes, I would first state that as a maximum, but as I said that is really the last point that comes into question for me because it is just 3.5 years old
The problem is that your motherboard is out of date and you can't install AMD CPUs and these are just the best on the budget right now.
