How do I get more subscribers on YouTube with gaming videos?

I'm Levin and I have a problem. I regularly upload videos on my YouTube channel (Levicraft YT), but still hardly get any subscriptions. Others, however, have more subscriptions with poorer content.

By the way, I make gaming videos. (Minecraft etc.)
